$12.Pan-fried tofu with portobello & onions deglazed with sweet marsalaThis was served with perfectly cooked asparagus that seemed very fresh and the best mashed potatoes I have had in a very long time. The tofu was perfect, the sauce was fabulous. The portobella mushroom slices were also good, according to S. who ate them because I am not fond of mushrooms.I want to find a recipe for tofu marsala!
