Everything is better with GOOD BREAD,
PIcked up the CSA share on a Thursday and left on Friday for Columbia to help D. find an apartment to live in as he starts graduate school at USC. Took along lettuce and asparagus from the share box. Since we stayed at a Suite hotel, we were able to have these lovely salads for dinner.
Red leaf & Romaine lettuce, steamed asparagus, red bell pepper, chick peas, Calamata olives and mozzarella cheese.
